3. Can the TKR 2.0 be used for drilling, with augers or screw piling?
By replacing the hammer with the 2500Nm rotary drill system it can be used for sustained drilling.
For occasional drilling the 1500Nm drill can be attached simultaneously to the hammer frame.
There are various size rotary heads (up-to 5,500 Nm) which can replace the hydraulic hammer and with the benefits of a torque reader they are excellent for installing solar screw piles.
4. I have a special project, can the MGI TKR 2.0 be customised ?
Thanks to MGI experienced engineers, the Tonker 830 can be customised to your projects unique requirements

5. Can the “Beating Mass” be customised to the pile profile I will be using?
Yes. Depending on size and design, up-to several profiles can be cut into it. One customised or plain beating mass is included with each pile driver. Additional beating masses either plain or customised can be provided at extra cost.
